Collagen and hyaluronic acid are two substances that occur naturally in our bodies.  Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body and is particularly important because it plays a role in supporting and structuring the skin.  Hyaluronic acid is a substance that acts as a “carrier” for joints and skin and also has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.  Combined with collagen when used on the skin, it can improve its elasticity, reduce wrinkles and fine lines, hyaluronic acid acts as a lubricant to keep the skin soft and healthy and supple.
